How can I return my order?

You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn and in its original condition with the tags attached. Simply email us at info@lucyandkate.com with your order number and we will send you the return address and instructions.

How can I track my order?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Delivery usually takes 5 to 10 working days.
